Terms & Conditions

• Photos and videos can be purchased up to 7 days after the recording date.
• After purchase, photos and videos must be downloaded to your personal device within 45 days of the recording date. Photos and videos that are not downloaded within this period will no longer be visible or downloadable afterwards, in accordance with our privacy policy.
• With a Photopass, you may only download photos and videos in which you appear yourself.
• The Photopass is only valid on the specified date and cannot be transferred to another date.
• Attractions and photo locations are subject to change and may not be operational every day. No compensation will be provided if you are unable to claim a photo or video at a specific location.
• Once photos or videos have been purchased and the watermark has been removed, refunds are not possible.
• The quality of photos and videos may be affected by environmental and technical factors. No liability is accepted in this regard.
• Photographers (subject to availability) will take a photo of an individual or group while taking other guests into account, and are therefore not obliged to take more than one photo.
• If the Photopass is used by someone other than the holder, it may be cancelled without compensation. In case of misuse, we reserve the right to block the Photopass without compensation.
• Inappropriate or offensive images cannot be downloaded and will be deleted. This decision is made by the staff at the photo counter and is final.
• Photos and videos that have been incorrectly added to your gallery must be reported and removed.
• Printed photos can only be purchased on-site at the photo counter.
• Attempts to undermine, manipulate, or disrupt the digital operation of the service will result in suspension of the accounts involved, up to and including legal action.
• It is important that you read and understand the privacy policy before using the service.
