Request the deletion of your Plopsa profile
In accordance with applicable GDPR legislation, every data subject has the right to have their personal data removed from our systems. If you would like to delete your Plopsa profile, you can submit a request for this.
Please note: deleting your profile will impact your use of certain services. You will lose access to:
the Plopsaland app
your purchased tickets, subscriptions, and planned stays
insight into your purchase history and communication preferences
You can request the deletion of your profile by sending an email. Processing the request and the actual deletion may take up to 4 weeks.
We advise you to carefully consider this step to avoid unexpectedly losing access to ongoing services or benefits.
