Terms and Conditions

Subscription vouchers can be redeemed within the validity period stated on the voucher. They are only valid when purchasing a new subscription and can only be redeemed at the park for which the subscription was issued. Subscription vouchers can be redeemed until and including 3 January 2027. For Plopsaland Ardennes, subscription vouchers can be redeemed until and including 9 May 2027. They are only valid when purchasing a new subscription and can only be redeemed at the park for which the subscription was issued. The 3-month pass can be exchanged from 03/10/2026 up to and including 03/01/2027 and is valid for use exclusively in Plopsaland Belgium from 03/10/2026 up to and including 03/01/2027. The pass can be used for a maximum period of 3 months. After 03/01/2027, any unused days remaining on the original pass will expire. These days will not be compensated, refunded or transferred to another period.

Holders of a valid Plopsaland Belgium Pass, Europe Pass or Europe Premium Pass with one- or two-year access are eligible to make a reservation for the preview of the Flying Cinema from 21/08/2026. This applies to children’s passes (> 1 m), adult passes and 70+ passes. The number of available places is limited, so reservations are not guaranteed and will be allocated until the available capacity has been reached (once full, it’s full). As the Flying Cinema is still in a testing phase, access cannot be fully guaranteed, even with a valid reservation. Technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances may result in a ride being modified or unable to operate. In such cases, a new reservation cannot always be guaranteed and will depend on available capacity.
