Who is eligible for the gift?
Only Plopsa annual pass holders with a valid subscription receive a birthday gift. Make sure your subscription is active on your birthday.
How can I download my voucher?
You can download your personal voucher via your Plopsa profile starting 3 weeks before your birthday. Go to ‘Show your personal code’ and select ‘Birthday Gift’. Note: your date of birth, email address, and phone number must be filled in your profile to download the voucher. The voucher is valid from 7 days before up to 7 days after your birthday.
Why is the voucher not visible in my profile?
The voucher appears in your profile only 3 weeks before your birthday. Make sure your personal details are complete (date of birth, email, and phone number). The voucher is strictly personal and only visible in the unique profile of the birthday person, not in that of parents or others. Check that you are logged in with the correct profile if you cannot find the voucher.
How can I redeem my voucher?
You can redeem the voucher once for a birthday treat in a Plopsa park of your choice. You can claim your gift from 7 days before up to 7 days after your birthday by showing a valid Plopsa annual pass and ID in one of the selected restaurants.
How long is the offer valid?
This offer is temporary and exclusively for Plopsa annual pass holders. The offer is valid while supplies last.
Can I share or gift my voucher?
No, the voucher is strictly personal and can only be used by the birthday person.
