In the interests of our guests and for safety reasons, a general smoking ban is in force in the indoor and outdoor areas of Plopsa Indoor Hasselt. The use of e-cigarettes is also not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in a designated smoking area near the entrance of the park.
On less busy days/moments, the attractions are opened alternately. This means that each attraction works for at least 50% of the time. Larger attractions do open continuously. Because there are fewer visitors, everyone has the chance to do all the attractions several times, even more than during a busy day. Other theme parks in Europe also work with this system at quiet times.
You can use your own wheelchair during your visit or reserve a wheelchair. It is recommended to reserve your wheelchair in advance via this link. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. When you pick up a wheelchair, you have to give your identity card as a guarantee.
