Tickets can only be used in the listed park for which they were purchased. It is not possible to use them in another Plopsa park, not even at a surcharge.
On 'sold out' or 'rented out' days, presale tickets are not valid. You can only access the park on such a day if you have tickets through the external party that has exclusively rented the park for that day.
Sold-out days are the days when large-scale corporate events are organised in the park. The park is then exclusively hired by an external party. On such days, no ticket office is open.
Entry to shows, events and encounters is included in an entry ticket or annual pass to Plopsaland Ardennes, unless otherwise stated.
Pregnant women can purchase a ticket at the preferential rate of €26 on presentation of a medical certificate at the Plopsaland Ardennes cash desks.
A annual pass is always valid for 1 year from the day of the first visit.
Parking is not included as standard in a annual pass. Parking is included in a Plopsa Premium Pass and Plopsa-GoldCard. Do you have another type of annual pass? Then you can purchase a separate parking pass.
With a parking pass you can park in the car parks of all Plopsa parks, except Plopsa Station Antwerp.
A child's annual pass between 85cm and 99cm can only be renewed at the ticket office. Your child will be measured again. It is not possible to renew this annual pass online.
Feel free to renew your annual pass before it expires. The new end date of your annual pass will then be exactly 1 year after the current end date of your annual pass. If you renew your annual pass within the year after your annual pass expires, the renewal will take effect immediately and the new end date of your annual pass will be 1 year after the renewal date.
