Due to safety reasons, bringing a handheld camera stick and selfie stick on our attractions is not allowed. However, a GoPro camera is allowed provided a chest harness is worn.
You can find the start times of shows, parades and encounters with the Studio 100 characters via the opening calendar on the website or in the free Plopsaland app.
It is possible that one or more attractions may be closed for safety reasons, e.g. extreme weather conditions. Under no circumstances will these measures entitle you to any compensation, refund or reimbursement.
Plopsaland De Panne has a covered picnic area near the Central Station. You can also picnic outdoors on the picnic benches next to Circus Bumba.
All major restaurants have microwaves to warm up bottles or baby food.
Are you looking for a quiet place where you can breastfeed your baby? Plopsa provides a quiet space near the first aid post for you. Here you will find all the comfort you need to nurse your child optimally.
In the interests of our guests and for safety reasons, there is a general smoking ban at the park. The use of e-cigarettes is also prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas, which are indicated on the park map and by signs.
On less busy days/moments, the attractions are opened alternately. This means that each attraction works for at least 50% of the time. Larger attractions do open continuously. Because there are fewer visitors, everyone has the chance to do all the attractions several times, even more than during a busy day. Other theme parks in Europe also work with this system at quiet times.
On presentation of your European Disability Card, you can obtain a ticket ≥ 1m at a reduced rate at the park ticket office. Presenting the European Disability Card is not sufficient to use the alternative entrance to attractions.
To use the alternative entrance to attractions, we ask you to bring a certificate from an independent doctor or family doctor. This certificate must be no more than 1 year old and confirm that the person in question is mentally and/or physically incapable of queuing in long queues. A valid certificate from the FPS can also be used for this purpose, provided at least 7 points in total have been awarded (in all pillars together). Wheelchair users and the blind do not need to present these certificates. You and your companion will then receive a wristband allowing you to visit the attractions via the exit or alternative entrance.
