Please contact us by e-mail or phone. We will be happy to check for you whether anything was found. We can send found objects to you for a fee. Of course, you can always come and collect it yourself. Lost property is kept for 3 months after check-out.
We are sorry to hear that you have a complaint. If you are still staying at Plopsaland Village, please come to reception immediately so that we can resolve the complaint for you immediately. If you are no longer at Plopsaland Village, please contact us by email up to three days after leaving info@plopsavillage.be.
Breakfast is not included in a stay at Plopsaland Village. Guests of Plopsaland Village are welcome at the breakfast buffet at Restaurant Le Grand Buffet in the Plopsaland Theatre Hotel (subject to availability). You can book the breakfast buffet online or at reception.
Dinner is not included in a stay at Plopsaland Village. Guests of Plopsaland Village are welcome to have dinner at Restaurant Le Grand Buffet in the Plopsaland Theatre Hotel (subject to availability). You can book dinner online or at reception.
You can book a cot and/or high chair online or at reception. There is a charge for this.
There are no washing machines and/or tumble dryers in the villas. There is a general laundry building on the estate where you can use a washing machine and dryer, for a fee.
All villas for 8 and 12 people are equipped with a shower and a bath. The villas for 6 people only have a shower.
A cot (for children up to 3 years old) can be added at an extra charge per cot per night.
