Baby wagons/buggies/strollers are not allowed inside the waterpark due to hygienic reasons. A Maxi-Cosi, on the other hand, is permitted. There is a buggy parking just outside the reception. At the reception, locks can be bought. Furthermore, special baby chairs are available at the point of catering.
Lockers are available in the changing rooms where you can safely store your clothing. These lockers operate with a token system.
At the entrance of Plopsaqua, there is a machine where you can purchase a token for locker use. The token costs €5 (payable by cash or bank card). When you return the token, you get €2 back.
Upon leaving Plopsaqua, you can either exchange the token at the second machine and receive €2 back (meaning the locker usage costs €3), or keep the token for your next visit. Tokens remain valid indefinitely.
When you take a token for a locker, you pay €5. After your visit, you can choose to return the token and receive €2 back. However, we recommend keeping your token to use during your next visit to Plopsaqua.
By not offering the tokens for free, we avoid situations where visitors take multiple lockers per person, helping ensure that lockers remain available for everyone.
The first aid point is located at the centrally positioned lifeguard station. In case you need assistance, feel free to approach one of our lifeguards — they will be happy to help you.
Due to hygienic reasons, it is not allowed to bring a picnic and eat it in Plopsaqua. The restaurant offers a wide selection of meals, drinks and desserts.
