On 'sold out' or 'rented out' days, you cannot gain access to the park with your annual pass. You will only be granted access to the park on such days if you have tickets through the external party, which has exclusively rented the park for that day.
In case of loss, it is possible to get a duplicate of your annual pass at the reception desk at the park entrance for €5.
In case of theft, upon presentation of a copy of the police certificate, you can obtain a free duplicate of your annual pass at the reception desk at the park entrance. If you do not have this certificate, you can obtain a duplicate for €5.
A annual pass is strictly personal and can only be used by the person whose name and photo appear on the annual pass.
Entry to shows, events and encounters is included in an entry ticket or annual pass, unless otherwise stated.

Both the Plopsa-GiftCard and the Plopsas can be purchased in the shops.
The Plopsa Gift Card is accepted everywhere in Plopsa Indoor Coevorden.
Wagons are not allowed in Plopsa Indoor Coevorden. It is therefore not possible to rent a wagon or bring your own.
Picnicking is not allowed in the park. You can visit the various food outlets in the park for snacks, meals, and drinks.
During a school trip, however, students and teachers are allowed to bring their own food or drinks.
Several of our restaurants and catering outlets offer vegetarian, gluten-free and/or lactose-free dishes. You can contact our on-site staff for more information on allergens. Want to check the options in advance? Then you can visit this website.
