You get access to all your photos and videos, which you can store digitally to share on your social media and/or print as a tangible keepsake. The Plopsa Photopass is valid for all meet & greets with Studio 100 characters and at our top attractions, so no magical moment is ever missed.

How does it work?

- Go to photopass.plopsa.com and link the photo to your profile by scanning the QR code you received after taking the photo (at a magical meet & greet) or by entering your photo number (at attractions).
- Select the photos and/or videos you want to purchase.
- Do you have a Photopass? Then you can download the photos and videos immediately. If you don’t have a Photopass, you can purchase individual photos and videos online.
- Keep the memory forever on your phone and don’t forget to share it on social media! Feel free to tag us via @plopsa_official.
- Go to one of the photo points in the park (e.g., the Plopsaland Shop or the photo point at the exit of participating attractions) and have the QR code you received after taking the photo (at a magical meet & greet) scanned. At attractions, it’s enough to provide your photo number.
- Do you have a Photopass All-in or Photopass Print? Then you can have the photo printed immediately. If you don’t have a Photopass, you can purchase the individual photo.
Terms & Conditions
- Photos and videos can be purchased up to 7 days after the date they were taken.
- After purchase, photos and videos must be downloaded to your personal device within 45 days of the date they were taken. Photos and videos not downloaded within this period will no longer be visible or downloadable, in accordance with our privacy policy.
- With a Photopass, you can only download photos and videos that feature yourself.
- The Photopass is only valid on the specified date and cannot be transferred to another date.
- Attractions and photo locations may change and may not be operational every day. No compensation is provided if you are unable to claim a photo or video at a specific location.
- Once photos or videos have been purchased and the watermark removed, refunds are not possible.
- The quality of photos and videos may be affected by environmental and technical factors. No liability is accepted for this.
- Photographers (subject to availability) will take a photo of a person or group, but will consider other visitors and are therefore not obligated to take more than one photo.
- If the Photopass is used by someone other than the holder, it may be canceled without compensation. In case of misuse, we reserve the right to block the Photopass without compensation.
- Inappropriate or offensive images cannot be downloaded and will be removed. This decision is made by the staff at the photo counter and is final.
- Photos and videos that have been wrongly added to your gallery must be reported and removed.
- Printed photos can only be purchased on-site at the photo counter.
- Attempts to undermine, manipulate, or disrupt the digital functioning of the service will result in suspension of the accounts involved, up to and including legal action.
- It is important that you read and understand the privacy policy before using the service.
