Thanks to SNCB's Discovery Ticket, you enjoy 40% discount on the train journey in 2^de class there and back to and from De Panne. Follow the steps below to make use of this advantage:

1. Buy an undated ticket ≥ 1m for Plopsaland De Panne online via the webshop (no family tickets or tickets for groups or schools)
2. Then surf to the SNCB website and, when booking your train journey, enter the code printed on your ticket for Plopsaland De Panne to redeem your discount.

As a Plopsa subscriber, you can travel to the park by train at half price. You will find your personal SNCB promo codes entitling you to 50% discount on your train journey in your profile. Then surf to the SNCB website and enter your personal code from your profile when booking your train journey to redeem your discount.

Plopsa aims for maximum safety for its visitors and pays the utmost attention to this. All attractions are checked and tested daily by the park's technical department. Moreover, the attractions meet the strict standards prescribed by Belgian law and/or the TUV and checked by an external body.

For hygiene and safety reasons, animals are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind. Do not leave pets unattended in the car. We always inform the emergency services who will, if necessary, free the animal by opening a window.

For safety reasons, only secure shoes are allowed on the rides. This means shoes that are firmly fastened at the heel. Flip-flops, loose sandals, or bare feet are not permitted. We recommend wearing comfortable, well-fitting shoes so you can fully enjoy all the attractions without any worries.

Several toilet blocks are scattered throughout the park. The locations of the toilets are indicated on the park plan. The toilets can be used free of charge. For visitors with disabilities, adapted toilets are provided everywhere. The vast majority of these toilets are accessible to wheelchair users.

Lost items are collected in the reception area at the park entrance. During your visit, feel free to go there to report your lost item and, if possible, to collect it again.

There are 2 options:

• Plopsa-GiftCard: a prepaid debit card you can use to pay for your purchases in shops and restaurants. The Plopsa-GiftCard remains valid for 1 year after the purchase date.
• Plopsas: notes worth €5 each to pay for your purchases in shops and restaurants

Both the Plopsa-GiftCard and the Plopsas can be purchased in the Plopsaland Shop.

The Plopsa GiftCard cannot be used for payments at: Alberto’s Churros, Mevrouw Praline, De Big & Betsy Hoeve, Ylva’s Fruit, Nachtwacht Snack, and De Deegrol (Plopsaland De Panne).
