The lifeguard station can be found in Halvar's Drakkar, the large Viking ship located at the center of Plopsaqua. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions or issues.
Parents and/or supervisors must ensure that children who cannot swim wear armbands and/or a swim vest in the water park. For children under 1 meter tall, wearing armbands or a swim vest is mandatory in Plopsaqua, regardless of their swimming ability. Swim vests are available free of charge at the centrally located lifeguard station in the water park. An identity card is required as a deposit for the swim vest.
For hygiene reasons, babies (up to 2/3 years old) must wear a diaper. Special swim diapers are available for purchase in Plopsaqua. Changing facilities for babies are provided near the toilets.
Several of our restaurants and catering outlets offer vegetarian, gluten-free and/or lactose-free dishes. You can contact our on-site staff for more information on allergens. Want to check the options in advance? Then you can visit this website.
Please note that cross-pollination of allergens in our kitchens can unfortunately never be 100% excluded.
In the interests of our guests and for safety reasons, there is a general smoking ban at the park. The use of e-cigarettes is also prohibited.

To use the alternative entrance to attractions, we ask you to bring a certificate from an independent doctor or family doctor. This certificate must be no more than 1 year old and confirm that the person in question is mentally and/or physically incapable of queuing in long queues. A valid certificate from the FPS can also be used for this purpose, provided at least 7 points in total have been awarded (in all pillars together). Wheelchair users and the blind do not need to present these certificates. You and your companion will then receive a wristband allowing you to visit the attractions via the exit or alternative entrance.
