On 'sold out' or 'rented out' days, presale tickets are not valid. You can only access the park on such a day if you have tickets through the external party that has exclusively rented the park for that day.
Pregnant women can purchase a ticket at the preferential rate of €24 on presentation of a medical certificate at the Plopsaqua cash desks.

In this case, you can contact our customer service team using this form. Be sure to include your name, e-mail address and the number of your order, if you have it. Our staff will then do what is necessary to deliver your tickets.
A annual pass is always valid for 1 year from the day of the first visit.
Parking is not included as standard in a annual pass. Parking is included in a Plopsa Premium Pass and Plopsa-GoldCard. Do you have another type of annual pass? Then you can purchase a separate parking pass.
With a parking pass you can park in the car parks of all Plopsa parks.
For children between 85 cm and 99 cm, you can purchase a Junior annual pass at a reduced rate. Children are measured with shoes on.
Your child's annual pass (between 85 cm and 99 cm) remains valid until its expiry date, even if your child grows taller than 1 metre during the annual pass term.
