You can use your own wheelchair during your visit or reserve a wheelchair. It is recommended to reserve your wheelchair in advance via this link. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. When you pick up a wheelchair, you have to give your identity card as a guarantee.
Close to the park entrance, parking spaces are provided for people with disabilities. Our car park staff will be happy to show you the way to these parking spaces.
Plopsa has preferential rates for people with disabilities. These tickets can only be bought at the reception in the Plopsa parks. As our staff are not authorised to make any assessment regarding a (non-)visible disability, we ask that you present a European Disability Card or a valid declaration (maximum 1 year old) from an independent doctor confirming that you are unable to visit the park and/or the attractions without assistance and/or unable to do queues. If you are a wheelchair user or blind, you should not submit this certificate. The companion of a wheelchair user or blind person receives free entry. For other companions, normal admission fees apply.
The companion must be at least 15 years old.
Entry to shows, events and encounters is included in an entry ticket or annual pass to the park, unless otherwise stated.
Those who only wish to visit the park at the end of the day can purchase a discounted evening ticket at the reception desk from 3 hours before the park closes. For late-night openings, this is from 5 pm onwards. An evening ticket is not available online.
We recommend buying your tickets online in advance to ensure the smoothest possible access to the park. With tickets bought online, you can go straight to ticket control and won't have to go past the ticket office.
Tickets are also available at the ticket offices at the park entrance.
It is not necessary to reserve your visit. You can use your tickets on an opening day of your choice within the validity period of your ticket, without reservation. Date tickets purchased online are only valid on the date indicated on the ticket.
The expiry date is clearly stated on all tickets. If it is still not clear until when your ticket is valid, you can send an e-mail with a clear photo/scan of your tickets to info@plopsa.be. We will then be happy to check the validity of your tickets.
Tickets by date are valid only on the date indicated on the ticket.
