Parking is not included as standard in a annual pass. Parking is included in a Plopsa Premium Pass and Plopsa-GoldCard. Do you have another type of annual pass? Then you can purchase a separate parking pass.
With a parking pass you can park in the car parks of all Plopsa parks, except Plopsa Station Antwerp.
For children between 85 cm and 99 cm, you can purchase a Junior annual pass at a reduced rate. Children are measured with shoes on.
Your child's annual pass (between 85 cm and 99 cm) remains valid until its expiry date, even if your child grows taller than 1 metre during the annual pass term.
On 'sold out' or 'rented out' days, you cannot gain access to the park with your annual pass. You will only be granted access to the park on such days if you have tickets through the external party, which has exclusively rented the park for that day.
In case of loss, it is possible to get a duplicate of your annual pass at the reception desk at the park entrance for €5.
Bij diefstal kan je, op vertoon van een kopie van het politieattest, een gratis duplicaat krijgen van je abonnement aan het onthaal bij de ingang van het park. Indien je niet in het bezit bent van dit attest, kan je voor €5 een duplicaat verkrijgen.
Een abonnement is strikt persoonlijk en kan enkel gebruikt worden door de persoon wiens naam en foto op het abonnement vermeld staan.
De toegang tot shows, evenementen en ontmoetingen is inbegrepen in een toegangsticket of abonnement voor Plopsa Indoor Hasselt, tenzij anders vermeld.
