A European first at Plopsaland Belgium
Plopsaland is investing 25 million euros in Plopsaland Plaza, the largest expansion in the park’s history. The centerpiece of the new complex, set to open in 2027, is the brand-new Flying Cinema, the first of its kind in Europe. In a moving gondola, visitors virtually soar inside a giant dome screen, experiencing the breathtaking illusion of flight. During the day, they can join Maya the Bee on a magical journey across Europe, while in the evening, special film experiences await overnight guests and evening visitors.

Plopsaland Plaza will become the new central meeting point of the park. The complex brings together experiences, gastronomy, and entertainment all in one place. Visitors can enjoy a brand-new spectacular attraction, the cozy Grand Café serving classics such as beef stew and steak tartare, the Bowling, and the return of the iconic Plopsa Express—the train that runs through the park—now with a completely new station.
With Plopsaland Plaza, Plopsaland is taking the next step in developing into a full-fledged resort. By 2027, visitors will find a complete offering: from attractions and evening shows to a water park, hotel, and holiday accommodations. Thanks to the Flying Cinema, the new Grand Café, the Bowling, and the central meeting square, everything will come together for the first time in one location.
