On the Belgian coast, less than an hour from Calais, there's a full theme park resort most UK families haven't discovered yet — rides, shows, themed restaurants and places to stay, all wrapped in the kind of storybook magic only Plopsa's characters can bring.
Plopsaland Belgium will open the Flying Cinema to the general public on Saturday 13 March 2027. The opening date was announced in the new ‘making-of’ series about the attraction, in which Gert Verhulst, amongst others, gives viewers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look.
From 1 May 2027, Studio 100 will present its brand-new family show Dr. Molino’s Magical Circus. This magical performance combines spectacular circus acts, impressive acrobatics, humour and wonder in a unique, immersive experience for young and old alike.
Plopsaland is welcoming two striking new characters: Arnie & Barney, the bumbling red ants from the world of Maya the Bee, will make their debut at Plopsaland Belgium from 1 June and at Plopsaland Deutschland from 20 July.
This summer, an unforgettable experience awaits at Plopsaland Belgium! Every day, immerse yourself in adventurous attractions, splash‑filled shows and magical moments with your favourite heroes.
Plopsaland Belgium is investing no less than 25 million euros in the construction of Plopsaland Plaza, the largest expansion in the park’s history. The absolute highlight will be the Flying Cinema, where visitors quite literally fly across the continent together with Maya the Bee.
For Plopsaland's 25th birthday, a whole parade of Studio 100 heroes will pass through the park during the 25 Celebration Parade. And that, of course, requires a fantastic party song!
It's almost here: the brand-new parade floats are ready to shine during the 25 Celebration Parade! Discover the exclusive images here and catch a first glimpse of the enchanting parade floats! The enthusiastic reactions of Gert Verhulst and his Studio 100 friends say it all: pure amazement!
