In the interests of our guests and for safety reasons, there is a general smoking ban at the park. The use of e-cigarettes is also prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas, which are indicated on the park map and by signs.
On less busy days/moments, the attractions are opened alternately. This means that each attraction works for at least 50% of the time. Larger attractions do open continuously. Because there are fewer visitors, everyone has the chance to do all the attractions several times, even more than during a busy day. Other theme parks in Europe also work with this system at quiet times.
Several of our restaurants and catering outlets offer vegetarian, gluten-free and/or lactose-free dishes. You can contact our on-site staff for more information on allergens. Want to check the options in advance? Then you can visit this website.
Please note that cross-pollination of allergens in our kitchens can unfortunately never be 100% excluded.
To use the alternative entrance to attractions, we ask you to bring a certificate from an independent doctor or family doctor. This certificate must be no more than 1 year old and confirm that the person in question is mentally and/or physically incapable of queuing in long queues. A valid certificate from the FPS can also be used for this purpose, provided at least 7 points in total have been awarded (in all pillars together). Wheelchair users and the blind do not need to present these certificates. You and your companion will then receive a wristband allowing you to visit the attractions via the exit or alternative entrance.
Plopsa has preferential rates for people with disabilities. These tickets can only be bought at the reception in the Plopsa parks. As our staff are not authorised to make any assessment regarding a (non-)visible disability, we ask that you present a European Disability Card or a valid declaration (maximum 1 year old) from an independent doctor confirming that you are unable to visit the park and/or the attractions without assistance and/or unable to do queues. If you are a wheelchair user or blind, you should not submit this certificate. The companion of a wheelchair user or blind person receives free entry. For other companions, normal admission fees apply.
You can safely renew your annual pass before it expires. The new end date of your annual pass will then be exactly 1 year after the current end date of your annual pass. If you renew your annual pass after it has expired, the renewal takes effect immediately and the new end date of your annual pass will be 1 year after the renewal date.
Would you like to benefit from the advantageous renewal rate? You can do so up to 1 month after the end date of your annual pass. If you renew your annual pass more than 1 month after the end date, you can renew it at the standard rate of a new annual pass.
