Can I register someone else?
Yes, you can register another person for the Plopsa Run. However, you must have the required personal details of that person, as these may be checked when collecting the race bib.
Can I change the name or distance on my ticket?
We understand that plans may change. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to change the name or distance on your ticket.
Can I cancel my registration?
No, purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.
What is included in the participant package?
Each participant receives a comprehensive package. This includes a personalised race bib, a unique medal for every finisher, refreshments, access to changing rooms, as well as timing and tracking of the run during the event.
When will I receive my start number?
You will receive all practical information about your participation in advance. With your start number, you can also track your time during and after the run via the dedicated platform. More information will follow.
When will I receive my bib number?
Your bib number will not be sent in advance. You can collect it on-site at Plopsaland Belgium on 7 November from 10:00. You will receive more details about the exact pick-up location by email beforehand.
When will I receive more information about my start time and the event schedule?
Approximately two weeks before the event, you will receive an email with all practical information, including your start time, the course, and the event schedule.
Does the adult supervisor of the Bumba Kids Run have to run?
No, it is sufficient for an adult supervisor to be present. The supervisor does not need to run and does not require a separate ticket.
Where can I park?
There is ample parking available at Plopsaland Belgium. A parking ticket costs €15 and is valid for the whole day. You can purchase it on site, but we recommend booking in advance for smoother access.
Are changing rooms available?
Yes, shared changing rooms are available for all participants. However, it is not allowed to leave personal belongings there. Showers are not available.
Are toilets available?
Yes, sufficient sanitary facilities are available for all visitors.
Can I buy food or drinks?
Yes, various food and beverage options are available at Plopsaland Plaza. You can enjoy a full meal, a snack, or a refreshing drink there.
Can I have photos taken?
After the Plopsa Run, you can take photos with your favourite Studio 100 characters and receive a printed photo. You can reserve a Photopass in advance.
When can I enter Plopsaland?
Plopsaland Plaza opens from 16:30 for runners and supporters. This area is freely accessible without an admission ticket. The running course is exclusively accessible to registered participants from their assigned start time.
Can I participate without an entry ticket for Plopsaland?
Yes, all registered Plopsa Run participants will have access to the course after the attractions close. Those who also wish to visit the park during the day can reserve a discounted ticket for Plopsaland Belgium or Plopsaqua De Panne during registration.
Is the course accessible for wheelchairs and strollers?
The course is not fully paved and is therefore less suitable for wheelchairs and strollers. However, supporters are welcome at the easily accessible Plopsaland Plaza.
Can I come and cheer?
Yes, supporters are welcome free of charge. They can cheer on participants from the designated areas at Plopsaland Plaza. The course itself is only accessible to registered runners. Food and beverage outlets at Plopsaland Plaza remain open for supporters.
