  • c. The admission ticket grants access to all attractions (with the exception of games requiring an additional fee), subject to capacity and provided that the conditions of entry set out in, amongst other things, the park regulations are met. In the event of a dispute, Plopsa always has the final say. Access to shows, meet-and-greets and events is included in the admission ticket, unless otherwise stated.
  • d. In the case of an admission ticket valid for several people (Family Ticket, Group Ticket, Friends Ticket, Best Deal, Birthday Ticket), all persons must visit the park at the same time. Unused admission tickets cannot be transferred to another visit date.

  • c. Different validity periods may apply in the case of special offers and promotions.

5. Price and changes

  • a. The price and conditions of the admission ticket are determined on the basis of the visitor’s height or age. Height is checked at the entrance to the theme park with shoes on (except at Plopsaqua parks), and this is done accurately but strictly. Children shorter than 85 centimetres enjoy free entry to the Plopsa parks. Children between 85 and 99 centimetres are eligible for the Bumba rate. If, upon checking at the entrance, a child is found to be taller than 85 cm or shorter than 99 cm, an additional payment must be made at the park’s ticket office. Visitors aged 70 and over also benefit from a concessionary rate and must show their identity card at the park entrance.
  • b. Plopsa reserves the right to amend ticket prices and terms and conditions at any time. Visitors will be notified of any changes in good time via the website plopsa.com.
  • c. If a visitor is in possession of a discount code, this may only be used on an undated ticket for children ≥1m. No discount is available on a Bumba ticket (85–99 cm) or a 70+ ticket.
  • d. It is not possible to combine multiple promotions, discounts and/or benefits.

6. Refunds

  • a. Visitors who have purchased an undated ticket have a 14-day right of withdrawal if the ticket was purchased online. The cancellation must be notified to Plopsa within 14 days, counting from the day after purchase, either by registered letter to De Pannelaan 68, BE-8660 De Panne, or by email to [email protected]. Visitors may use the following withdrawal form.
  • b. Tickets purchased from an external partner cannot be refunded by Plopsa. For any refund, the visitor must contact the partner in question.
  • c. Tickets with a fixed visit date for an individual visit cannot be refunded. However, these tickets can be rebooked for a later visit date, subject to any applicable surcharge. To do so, the visitor must contact [email protected] or can do this themselves via their personal profile: they can log in using the order number and the email address used.
  • d. A group visit booking may be cancelled more than 7 days before the visit date. If the group visit is cancelled less than 7 days before the visit date, or if the group fails to turn up on the booked date, a fee of 25% of the total amount for the group visit will be payable, unless force majeure can be demonstrated. Exceptions to this condition may only be made by agreement with Plopsa.

The Express Pass will be scanned and checked at the attraction. There must be an interval of at least 15 minutes between each ride. The Express Pass gives you faster access to attractions, but does not guarantee immediate access. There may be shorter waiting times at the Express Pass entrances.
