Plopsa aims for maximum safety for its visitors and pays the utmost attention to this. All attractions are checked and tested daily by the park's technical department. Moreover, the attractions meet the strict standards prescribed by Belgian law and/or the TUV and checked by an external body.
At Plopsaland Ardennes, animals are allowed in the park, but not on the attractions. They must be kept on a leash at all times. Do not leave pets unattended in the car. We always inform the emergency services who will, if necessary, free the animal by opening a window.
Several toilet blocks are scattered throughout the park. The locations of the toilets are indicated on the park plan. The toilets can be used free of charge. For visitors with disabilities, adapted toilets are provided everywhere. The vast majority of these toilets are accessible to wheelchair users.
Lost items are collected in the reception area at the park entrance. During your visit, feel free to go there to report your lost item and, if possible, to collect it again.
The Plopsa Gift Card is accepted everywhere at Plopsaland Ardennes.
Cheques are not accepted. Notes of €200 and €500 are only accepted at reception.
Trolleys can be rented for €10 per day at the Plopsa Shop at the entrance to the park. A wagon makes it easy to transport small children and/or personal belongings.
A lock for a pram can be hired from the Plopsa Shop at the entrance to the park.
Prams must be left at attractions and shows in the designated areas. For fire safety reasons, they are not allowed in the theatre halls. Plopsa cannot be held liable for theft, loss or damage to your belongings. We advise visitors not to leave valuables unattended in a pram.
For a fee, lockers are available for the safe storage of personal or valuables. For a small locker you pay €8, for a large locker €15. The lockers can only be paid for with a debit card. Plopsa is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss of your belongings.
