In case of loss, it is possible to get a duplicate of your annual pass at the reception desk at the park entrance for €5.
In case of theft, upon presentation of a copy of the police certificate, you can obtain a free duplicate of your annual pass at the reception desk at the park entrance. If you do not have this certificate, you can obtain a duplicate for €5.
A annual pass is strictly personal and can only be used by the person whose name and photo appear on the annual pass.
Entry to shows, events and encounters is included in an entry ticket or annual pass to Plopsaland Ardennes, unless otherwise stated.
Extending your annual pass can be done easily and inexpensively online by logging in with your name and pass number via this link. You will then receive an e-voucher that you can exchange for the extended annual pass at the ticket offices of the Plopsa Park of your choice. Extending a annual pass can also be done at the Plopsa parks' ticket offices. Renewing a annual pass for children between 85cm and 99cm can only be done at the ticket offices and not online. An annual pass with direct debit is renewed automatically (read more).
Close to the park entrance, parking spaces are provided for people with disabilities. Our car park staff will be happy to show you the way to these parking spaces.
Plopsa has preferential rates for people with disabilities. These tickets can only be bought at the reception in the Plopsa parks. As our staff are not authorised to make any assessment regarding a (non-)visible disability, we ask that you present a European Disability Card or a valid declaration (maximum 1 year old) from an independent doctor confirming that you are unable to visit the park and/or the attractions without assistance and/or unable to do queues. If you are a wheelchair user or blind, you should not submit this certificate. The companion of a wheelchair user or blind person receives free entry. For other companions, normal admission fees apply.
The companion must be at least 15 years old.
On presentation of your European Disability Card, you can obtain a ticket ≥ 1m at a reduced rate at the park ticket office. Presenting the European Disability Card is not sufficient to use the alternative entrance to attractions.
To use the alternative entrance to attractions, we ask you to bring a certificate from an independent doctor or family doctor. This certificate must be no more than 1 year old and confirm that the person in question is mentally and/or physically incapable of queuing in long queues. A valid certificate from the FPS can also be used for this purpose, provided at least 7 points in total have been awarded (in all pillars together). Wheelchair users and the blind do not need to present these certificates. You and your companion will then receive a wristband allowing you to visit the attractions via the exit or alternative entrance.
