1. Organisation
The Plopsa Run is organised by Plopsa NV and takes place at Plopsaland Resort Belgium in De Panne on 7 November 2026.

2. Registration and Participation
Registration takes place online and is only final after full payment has been received. Registration is personal and non-transferable, except through an official name change as provided for in these terms and conditions. The Plopsa Run is not included in a ticket or annual pass for Plopsaland Belgium and requires a separate ticket. Participants must meet the age requirements for their chosen distance: Bumba Kids Run (ages 4 to 12, with mandatory accompaniment by one adult), Maya Run (from age 10) and Samson Run (from age 14).

3. Prices and Included Services
Participation includes entry to the selected distance, a finisher medal and, where applicable, timing and refreshments as described for each distance. Other products or services, such as park admission, accommodation, parking and lockers, are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Payment, Cancellation and Changes
Registration is final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. In cases of force majeure, including extreme weather conditions, safety concerns or decisions by public authorities, the organiser may modify, postpone or cancel the event without any obligation to provide a refund.

5. Liability
Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk. The organiser is not liable for personal injury, accidents, loss, damage or theft of personal belongings. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are adequately and appropriately prepared according to their physical condition and age. Parents or guardians bear this responsibility for minor participants.

6. Health
Participants declare that they are in good physical condition to take part in the event. If in doubt, participants are advised to consult a doctor. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation if safety may be compromised.

7. Safety and Conduct
Participants must strictly follow all instructions given by the organiser and staff members and must follow the course correctly. Unsportsmanlike, dangerous or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification without refund. All participants must also comply with the applicable park regulations of Plopsaland Belgium.

8. Course and Timing
The organiser reserves the right to modify the course, distances, start times or programme if necessary. Timing services are only available for the designated distances.

9. Collection of Race Bibs
A valid proof of identity must be presented when collecting a race bib. The information on the identification document must match the registration details.

10. Photography and Video
Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By participating, participants grant permission for such images to be used by Plopsa for communication and promotional purposes.

11. Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and will only be used for the organisation of the Plopsa Run and related communications.

12. Charity
Part of the proceeds of the Plopsa Run will be donated to Make-A-Wish. The organiser determines the terms and conditions of this contribution.

13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
