Can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can change (move) or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Please contact our customer service team using the form below.

Example: have you booked a stay with arrival on 8 August? Then you can change or cancel it free of charge until 1 August at 23:59. From 2 August onwards, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

If you move your reservation to another period, you may be charged extra if the new period is more expensive than the original period. If you choose a cheaper period, we will refund the difference. You will be informed in good time. Please note that moving your reservation is subject to availability.

These flexible conditions only apply to bookings made directly with Plopsa. If you booked via another party (such as Booking.com, TUI...), the cancellation and modification conditions of that platform will apply. These conditions also do not apply to group arrangements and B2B bookings. In this case, the cancellation and amendment conditions are stated on the offer and/or order form.
