Locks for prams are not offered for rent in the park. We recommend that you provide your own pram locks. Prams should not be tied to infrastructure in the park.
Online tickets do not need to be printed. Tickets can also be scanned from your smartphone. We ask you to make the ticket's barcode or QR code as large as possible and set the brightness of your smartphone to 100%.
Birthday guests enjoy free admission on their birthday upon presenting an official ID or birth certificate, when purchasing at least one other regular paying ticket ≥ 1m without discount at the park’s ticket office. You can collect your free birthday ticket at the information desk at the park entrance.
The free ticket is only valid on the birthday itself or on the next opening day of the park if it is closed on your birthday.
To find out whether you can get a discount on a Plopsa ticket with your season ticket, first check the website of the amusement or animal park where you have a season ticket. There you can find a discount code that allows you to order a discounted ticket via this link. The discount is calculated on the price of a standard ticket for an adult, not on the price of tickets by date. The discount is valid only for the subscriber himself, any accompanying persons cannot avail of this offer.
Children staying with host families (Euro-Children, the children of Chernobyl, the Romanian (orphan) children, …) can visit the park at a reduced rate. They receive the following discount on the ticket price ≥ 1m, on condition that they carry their organisation's ID/badge:
Tickets can only be used in the listed park for which they were purchased. It is not possible to use them in another Plopsa park, not even at a surcharge.
On 'sold out' or 'rented out' days, presale tickets are not valid. You can only access the park on such a day if you have tickets through the external party that has exclusively rented the park for that day.
A annual pass is always valid for 1 year from the day of the first visit.
