You can cancel your direct debit annual pass by registered letter at the latest one month before the end of the annual pass period. After the first tacit renewal, you have the right to cancel the subscription at any time, subject to respecting a notice period of 2 months.

The benefits are valid from 5 January 2026. Free admission for teachers and the discount on tickets for accompanying persons are valid during the Easter holidays (4 April 2026 to 10 May 2026) and during the Christmas holidays (19 December 2026 to 3 January 2027). The discounted Plopsa annual pass is available until 31 December 2026.
As a teacher, you will receive 1 free entry ticket during the Easter and Christmas holidays on presentation of your valid Teacher's Card at the ticket office of one of the Plopsa parks. Only teachers receive 1 free entrance ticket (1 ticket per Teacher's Card per day).
During the Easter holidays (4 April 2026 to 10 May 2026) and during the Christmas holidays (19 December 2026 to 3 January 2027), accompanying persons of teachers can purchase a ≥1m ticket with a €5.00 discount on the ticket office rate.
Discounted tickets for accompanying persons are only available at the Plopsa Parks ticket offices. The number of discounted tickets for accompanying persons is limited to 5 per teacher per day. The accompanying persons must enter the park together with the teacher with a valid Teacher's Pass.
The season ticket is valid for 1 year from the day of the first visit.
