General terms and conditions and hotel regulations

Article 1 – DEFINITIONS

  • Plopsa Hotel: Plopsa Hotel NV, with registered office at 8660 De Panne, De Pannelaan 68, company number BE0691.787.865;
  • Hotel guest: the person staying at the Plopsa Hotel or visiting the Plopsa Hotel occasionally;
  • Manager on Duty/Hotel Manager (hereinafter: “Hotel Manager”): the manager at the Plopsa Hotel with ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day running of the hotel;
  • Hotel regulations: these regulations that apply to all Hotel guests;
  • Groups: Hotel guests staying at the Plopsa Hotel for formal and/or informal events, with a minimum of 10 rooms;
  • No-show: the Hotel guest not showing up without cancellation;
  • Corkage and kitchen fee: The amount due for consuming drinks and/or food not provided by Plopsa Hotel at the Plopsa Hotel.

Article 2 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Plopsa Hotel is located on private property. The following agreements are intended to provide all Hotel guests with a fantastic, worry-free stay.

The rules are based on courtesy, safety, respect for others and for the environment.

Every Hotel guest is expected to know the Hotel Rules and to adhere to them. The Hotel Rules are available at the reception of the Plopsa Hotel and on the website. Every Hotel guest who enters the Plopsa Hotel unconditionally agrees to the Hotel Rules and must behave accordingly.

The Hotel Manager has the right to deny access to the Plopsa Hotel to any Hotel guest who appears to pose a danger to the safety and health of those present (drunkenness, disturbance of the peace, etc.). Failure to comply with these rules will result in the guest being asked to leave the Plopsa Hotel. In this case, the stay will not be refunded. In the event of repeated problems, access to the Plopsa Hotel may be permanently denied.

Article 3 – RATES

The services and rates are freely determined by Plopsa Hotel, which reserves the right to change them. The rates can be consulted on the Plopsa Hotel website.

The prices that can be found on the website are exclusive of tourist tax. This is always separated from the room price and invoiced directly to the Hotel guest, even if the introduction of this was not yet concrete at the time of booking. This possible tax, imposed by the municipality, is fully borne by the Hotel guest and can under no circumstances be recovered from the Plopsa Hotel.

Article 4 – CONDITIONS OF SALE

Prices and possible discounts are recorded in writing between both parties.

Reservations must be made by a person aged 18 or older. Minors are not permitted to stay in the hotel without being accompanied by an adult. An exception to this may be permitted if written permission can be presented from the parents or guardian at the time of check-in.

The balance due must be paid immediately upon reservation.

If no advance payment was made because the term was too short, the outstanding balance must be paid upon check-in. In that case, Plopsa Hotel also reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Article 5 – GROUPS AND COMPANIES

Discounts can be granted to groups in a written agreement between Plopsa Hotel and the Group or the company. The final number of Hotel guests will be communicated to Plopsa Hotel at least one week before arrival. The number stated is binding for the settlement of the hotel bill.

The goods or services are invoiced to the extent of their original order, even if they are only partially consumed.

The Hotel guest/Group's own purchasing conditions cannot be used against Plopsa Hotel. Any deviation from these Hotel regulations must be agreed in writing.

The cancellation conditions as described in article 6 below do not apply to group arrangements and B2B prices. The cancellation conditions are stated in the quotation and/or order forms in this case.

The payment term of the invoice drawn up by the Plopsa Hotel is 8 calendar days, starting from the invoice date.

In the event of non-payment of the invoice on the due date, a default interest of 12% per year is due by operation of law and without notice of default being required. The invoice amount will also be increased by 15% of the unpaid invoice amount, with a minimum of € 62.00, by way of conventional or fixed compensation. Furthermore, each late payment of a single invoice from Plopsa Hotel allows all services of whatever nature that are still ongoing to be suspended. If necessary, the Plopsa Hotel can invoke the right to dissolve. These decisions can be taken by operation of law and without notice of default. All goods of theHotel guests staying at the Plopsa Hotel will be held until further guarantee of payment of the amounts due.

Any protest regarding the invoice or regarding the goods delivered or services provided must be communicated in writing to Plopsa Hotel, no later than eight days after receipt of the invoice. Any complaints must be properly motivated.

If an invoice must be drawn up for an amount less than €50.00, an administration fee of €5.00 will be charged.

Article 6 – CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

When making the reservation, it is possible to choose the cancellation option. An amount corresponding to €5.00 per person per night will be charged for this. It is not possible to add the Plopsa cancellation option to your reservation after making the reservation.

In this way, the cancellation of the reservation, provided there is a valid and substantiated reason, is always completely free of charge, except for the cost mentioned above.

  1. I have chosen the Plopsa cancellation option and wish to cancel
    In this case, cancellation is free of charge if an official document can be presented within 14 days of cancellation with the reason for cancellation. The following events are eligible for this: Death, illness or accident of the insured, the partner or a family member up to the 2nd degree;
    • Serious, unexpected complications during pregnancy;
    • Dismissal or withdrawal of leave;
    • Re-examination on the day of the stay;
    • Divorce or de facto separation;
    • Professional call-up (military, police, healthcare personnel, etc.);
    • Serious, material damage (fire, storm damage, flooding, etc.) to the real estate;
    • Home or carjacking;
    • Call-up for the adoption of a child;
    • Summons for an organ transplant of the insured, the life partner or a family member up to the 2nd degree.

      In the event of a holiday interruption due to one of the above-mentioned substantiated reasons, the amount paid will be reimbursed in proportion to the number of unused nights, calculated from the day of the early return.

      In the event of both a cancellation in advance and a holiday interruption during the stay at the Plopsa Hotel, the Hotel Guest must inform Plopsa Hotel in writing (by letter or e-mail via info@plopsahotel.be) of the reason for the cancellation or holiday interruption within 14 days of the cancellation or holiday interruption. The Hotel Guest must state the reservation number and his/her name and also attach an official document to the letter to substantiate one of the above reasons.

      In the event of a no-show, if no timely notification is made or if none of the above-mentioned justified reasons can be demonstrated, 100% of the amount due will be charged as cancellation fee.
  2. I have not chosen the Plopsa cancellation option and wish to cancel.
    If you did not choose to add the Plopsa cancellation option when making the reservation, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your reservation. It is not possible to add the Plopsa cancellation option to your reservation after making the reservation.

Article 7 – NO SHOW

In the event of a no-show, the Hotel Guest is obliged to pay the reservation value in all cases. From the time the first night is exceeded, the room will be released for the remainder of the stay. In the event of a change to your reservation, the general principle applies to inform the Plopsa Hotel of this in writing/by e-mail before arrival.

Article 8 – SUPPLEMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL BEDS

Children of all ages are welcome.

A surcharge will be charged for children aged 0-3 years for the use of a cot. The use of your own cot is also permitted.

For children aged 4-12 years, an extra cot can be placed in the room. Please note that the cot can only be placed in the suites and is provided by Plopsa Hotel itself. Providing your own cots is prohibited.

The rates for the cot and the extra bed can be obtained from the reception of the Plopsa Hotel. The extra bed must be requested from the Hotel Manager no later than one week before the planned arrival date, who must approve the request according to availability.

Article 9 – CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Upon arrival, you must first register at the reception. The ability to present proof of identity is mandatory for all Hotel guests staying at the Plopsa Hotel. If no valid ID can be presented, access to the hotel will be refused. Hotel guests under the age of 18, not accompanied by their parents or an adult responsible person, must present a dated and signed permission from their parents or a responsible person.

Registration at the Plopsa Hotel can already be done infrom 10:00 on the day of arrival. The room itself is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival at the earliest.

Defects and damage must be reported by the hotel guests upon arrival. If you do not inform the reception of this in time, it is considered to have been caused by the hotel guest.

The hotel room must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. In case of late check-out from 11:00, the Plopsa Hotel may charge a surcharge for this:

  • Until 12:00: + € 20.00 per person
  • Until 14:00: + € 40.00 per person
  • From 14:00: daily rate per person

If the hotel guest wishes to occupy the hotel room for longer, this must always be requested at the reception of the Plopsa Hotel.

Article 10 – PRE-AUTHORISATION

When making the reservation or at the time of check-in, the Hotel Guest will provide a credit card, the details of which will be noted by Plopsa Hotel. The credit cards will be authorised at check-in to cover additional costs for an amount of €250.00 per room.

For debit cards, an amount of €250.00 per room will be deducted at check-in as a deposit.

A deposit of at least €250.00 per room is also required for groups and companies.

If the Hotel Guest does not make the payment within the agreed period, or uses facilities of the Plopsa Hotel (e.g. bar, restaurant, etc.) that are not indicated at check-out, Plopsa Hotel will have the right to deduct this via the credit card or to withhold it from the paid deposit.

Article 11 – MONEY AND MEANS OF PAYMENT

Denominations of €100.00, €200.00 and €500.00 are only accepted at the reception.

Change must be checked immediately at the cash register. No complaints will be accepted afterwards.

The following currencies are accepted: EURO.

Other accepted payment methods are: debit cards, Maestro, Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, Carte Bleue International, vouchers and Plopsamunt.

Article 12 – GIFT VOUCHERS / VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be extended, returned, paid out or replaced.

There are two types of gift vouchers:

GIFT VOUCHER WITH A CERTAIN VALUE:

The amount of the gift voucher must be purchased in one go. No money will be refunded. Reservations can only be made directly with the hotel, by telephone, e-mail or website. If the hotel guest makes a reservation with a gift voucher, the gift voucher number must be provided to verify the authenticity of the voucher. Payment with the gift voucher takes place at the hotel reception.

GIFT VOUCHER FOR A SPECIFIC PACKAGE:

The package stated on the gift voucher cannot be exchanged for another package. Reservations can only be made directly with the hotel, by telephone, e-mail or website. If the hotel guest makes a reservation with a gift voucher, the gift voucher number must be provided to verify the authenticity of the voucher. Payment with the gift voucher takes place at the hotel reception.

Article 13 – PARKING (Above-ground Parking 1 and Underground Parking)

A parking ticket for above-ground parking 1 is included in the price for an overnight stay.

A parking ticket for the underground parking is included in the price of a suite.

Plopsa Hotel is not liable for accidents that occur in the parking areas, nor for theft, and all possible damage, of whatever nature.

It is forbidden to wash the car or to carry out any work of any kind in the parking areas.

The use of snow chains is STRICTLY forbidden. Any damage that may occur when using them will be fully charged to the relevant Hotel guest.

Plopsa Hotel reserves the right to have the cars moved if the Hotel guest uses a place other than the designated space. This applies, among other things, to cars that are parked outside the designated parking spaces and that obstruct traffic, as well as to cars that are parked in reserved spaces or parked for more than a month without written permission from the Hotel Manager.

The Hotel guest must comply with the verbal instructions of the designated employees.

The maximum speed is limited to 15 km/h. Everyone is obliged to comply with the indicated traffic direction as well as the other regulations.

In the event of an accident in the car parks, it must be ensured that traffic is not obstructed in any way.

In the event of stationary traffic inside the underground car park, the engine must be switched off immediately.

The Hotel Guest must switch on the dipped headlights of his car in the underground car park, both during the day and at night, regardless of the strength of the interior lighting, for the entire duration of the time that he is driving around in the underground car park.

The maximum height for vehicles in the underground car park is2m15.

It is strictly forbidden to hang out or distribute advertising leaflets or other documents without prior approval from the Hotel Manager.

Only vehicles with an official number plate and valid insurance are allowed in the car park.

The Plopsa Hotel car park is charged for non-overnight hotel guests (for example, participants in a seminar). The car park rate can be consulted on the Plopsa Hotel website.

It is forbidden to drive under the barrier with multiple vehicles at the same time.

Camping, barbecuing and/or picnicking is not allowed in the car parks.

Each vehicle must be properly locked and it is forbidden to leave valuables visible.

No children and/or pets may be left in the vehicle. In the event of an infringement, the competent services will be notified to free the children and/or pets. The costs associated with the freeing will be charged to the offender.

In the event of a breach of any of the above provisions, the competent services will be notified. Any costs associated with this will be borne by the Hotel Guest.

The parking facilities are exclusively intended for parking vehicles. Only Hotel Guests who have parked their vehicle there and Hotel Guests who accompany them are permitted to enter the parking.

Article 14 – GENERAL OBLIGATIONS FOR HOTEL GUESTS

All Hotel Guests must respect morality and public order. No one will be exposed to criticism through their behaviour, attitude or statements.

Hotel Guests must wear non-offensive and appropriate clothing in the Plopsa Hotel. Hotel Guests must always be identifiable. At least a shirt or T-shirt, Bermuda shorts, shorts or skirt and footwear must be worn.

In the interest of the Hotel guests and for safety reasons, the following non-exhaustive acts are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking in ALL areas of the Plopsa Hotel and in places where a smoking ban is posted. This also applies to electronic cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outside the Plopsa Hotel in the designated area. In the event of a violation of the smoking regulations, cleaning costs of € 150.00 per established violation and per room will be charged. All employees of the Plopsa Hotel can establish violations. Any violation will always be immediately reported to the Hotel guests;
  • Bringing loud music systems into the Plopsa Hotel;
  • Bringing or trading fireworks, weapons, knives and/or other explosive materials into the Plopsa Hotel;
  • To bring drugs into the Plopsa Hotel and/or to consume or trade drugs in the Plopsa Hotel, as well as to present oneself at the entrance of the Plopsa Hotel in a state of drug intoxication, or even to attempt to incite others to use them;
  • To trade in the hotel, except for any events after permission from the Hotel Manager;
  • To distribute or post printed matter and similar posters, or to hold opinion polls without prior written permission from the Hotel Manager;
  • To steal or damage objects that are the property of the Plopsa Hotel, of the staff of the Plopsa Hotel or of other Hotel guests;
  • To harass hotel guests and/or to prevent staff members of the Plopsa Hotel from doing their job or to harass them, as well as to express aggression towards other Hotel guests and/or the staff of the Plopsa Hotel;
  • To commit vandalism of any kind or to form a gang on the grounds of the Plopsa Hotel;
  • To hold meetings and/or a speech, to conduct propaganda, to collect membership fees, to collect money or to beg, exchange or offer for sale items for free on the grounds of the Plopsa Hotel, without prior written permission from the Hotel Manager;
  • To enter service premises or service roads, even if they happen to be open;
  • To display dangerous behaviour towards themselves and others;
  • To let drones take off or land on and around the grounds of the Plopsa Hotel, unless specific permission has been given for this.

The Hotel guest must respect the night's rest of every hotel guest present. This means that from 10 p.m. there is silence in the corridors. The terrace on the 1st floor is accessible until 9 p.m. A maximum capacity of 20 people is permitted. From 10 p.m. noise pollution is only permitted in the hotel bars.

Any hotel guest who violates the prohibitions listed in this article, as well as their accomplices, will be expelled from the Plopsa Hotel without any discussion and will have to pay compensation if necessary.

Hotel guests who are denied access to the Plopsa Hotelsaid, can no longer enter again and are in no way entitled to any compensation. These Hotel Guests must immediately settle all outstanding amounts with the Plopsa Hotel, even if they have not used them.

The Hotel Guests are personally responsible for any damage they cause to other Hotel Guests or to the Plopsa Hotel facilities through carelessness, error or negligence. Persons accompanied by an adult are the exclusive responsibility of their supervisors. The Plopsa Hotel cannot be held liable for damage caused by other Hotel Guests.

The Plopsa Hotel reserves the right to deny the group access to the Plopsa Hotel in the event of behaviour as stated in the above prohibitions.

The Hotel Guest who made the booking and those accompanying him or her are jointly and severally liable for all loss and/or damage that will occur to the Plopsa Hotel and/or any third party as a direct or indirect result of their stay, regardless of whether this was caused by the actions or omissions of themselves or of third parties who are in the Plopsa Hotel as a result of their actions, as well as for all damage caused by any item that they have in their possession.

The use, in moderation, of alcoholic beverages is permitted if purchased at the Plopsa Hotel.

Hotel guests must store their valuables in the safe provided for this purpose in the room. The hotel guest is responsible for his/her own belongings at all times.

The Plopsa Hotel is not responsible for negligence on the part of the hotel guest.

The Hotel Guest is aware that additional costs may be charged for the use of telephones in the room / printers. These can be found at the reception/web corner in accordance with the applicable rates.

Hotel guests who commit (attempted) theft will be denied access to the Plopsa Hotel or thrown out. This is not subject to discussion. In addition to the value of the stolen goods, compensation may be imposed. The Hotel Manager reserves the right to file a complaint with the competent authorities.

Hotel guests who have not used the room correctly or have not left it correctly may be charged additional (cleaning) costs.

In the event of the death of a Hotel guest in the Plopsa Hotel, the legal successors of the Hotel guest must be responsible for any (cleaning) costs incurred by the Plopsa Hotel as a result of the death.

Article 15 – FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure on the part of the Plopsa Hotel De Panne exists in the following cases: if the execution of the agreement is prevented in whole or in part, temporarily or otherwise, by circumstances beyond the control of the Plopsa Hotel. This includes: danger of war, staff strikes, blockades, fire, floods, outbreak of a pandemic or other disruptions or events.

If the reservation cannot go ahead, the Hotel Guest will be notified as soon as possible and the deposit already paid will be refunded immediately. In addition, the Plopsa Hotel is not liable to pay any compensation to the Hotel Guest, even if the reservation is only cancelled on the day of arrival at the Plopsa Hotel.

In the event of a double booking, a suitable solution will be sought together with the Hotel Guest. In justified cases, compensation can be provided.

Article 16 – CLEANLINESS

Every Hotel Guest of the Plopsa Hotel undertakes to behave in an environmentally friendly manner during their stay at the Plopsa Hotel and/or at the park/swimming pool. This means that the hotel guest must deposit all waste in the designated and clearly marked waste bins. Only the demarcated paths of the hotel may be walked on. Please respect the fences, plants, flowers and flower beds.

Article 17 – HYGIENIC FACILITIES

The toilets are clearly indicated in the Plopsa Hotel. It is forbidden to do your sanitary needs in places that are not intended for that purpose.

Babies and small children must be cared for in the places provided and clearly indicated for that purpose.

It is forbidden to throw objects in the toilets. Sanitary towels, diapers, diaper wipes, etc. must be deposited in the sanitary bins.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the toilets and toilet areas. Electronic cigarettes are also forbidden in these areas.

It is forbidden to bring persons of easy virtue into the Plopsa Hotel. Any form of prostitution is forbidden and will result in the removal of the person as well as the Hotel guest.

Article 18 – SAFETY

In the event of serious accidents or injuries, the emergency services must be notified immediately, as well as the reception of the Plopsa Hotel.

In the event of fire, the Hotel Guest will inform the reception of the Plopsa Hotelimmediately notify the hotel, who will then (if necessary) call the fire brigade. The Plopsa Hotel has fire extinguishers, spread throughout the hotel at designated locations. In the event of a fire, the guidelines of the Plopsa Hotel staff or the emergency services must be followed strictly and without discussion.

In the event of an evacuation of (part of) the Plopsa Hotel, re-entry into the Plopsa Hotel or the evacuated part thereof is not permitted without the permission of the Plopsa Hotel staff and/or the fire brigade.

A maximum number of hotel guests applies to each room. For safety reasons, it is not permitted to have more hotel guests in a room than was stated at the time of booking.

In order to guarantee the safety of all our hotel guests, the Plopsa Hotel staff must have access to each room once a day. If the Plopsa Hotel staff deems that additional access to the room is required, the room will be entered by the hotel manager.

Article 19 – SWIMMING

It is forbidden to swim or bathe in the ponds, water base or fountains of the Plopsa Hotel.

Swimming is only allowed in the theme park Plopsaqua De Panne during opening hours. It is forbidden to take bathrobes, towels and/or slippers from the hotel rooms to Plopsaqua.

Article 20 – FOOD & BEVERAGE

The range of the various food and drink options, as well as the sales prices, are stated in the menus of the relevant bars or restaurants. No discussion and/or story can be made about the prices.

An overview of the ingredients used and the composition of the dishes, with regard to allergens, can be requested in writing before the visit via info@plopsahotel.be. More information can also be requested on site from the department manager.

Sold meals and/or drinks will no longer be exchanged or taken back. Once the meal and/or drink has been purchased, the buyer waives all discussion about this. In the event of a complaint about the meal, the visitor must immediately report this to the Hotel Manager

The staff appointed by the Plopsa Hotel is responsible for the sales point where he/she is employed. The Hotel guests must adhere to the instructions given by the respective staff member.

Anyone who is guilty of (attempted) theft will be denied access to the Plopsa Hotel or will be thrown out. There is no discussion about this. In addition to the value of the stolen goods, compensation must be paid. The Hotel Manager reserves the right to file a complaint with the officially competent authorities in order to assert its rights to the stolen goods.

Reservations for the restaurant are made at the reception of the Plopsa Hotel.

Article 21 – CORK AND KITCHEN CHARGE

The Plopsa Hotel may prohibit the Hotel guest from consuming food and/or drinks brought along in the restaurants, bars or on the terrace. If the Plopsa Hotel permits the consumption of food and/or drinks brought along, the Plopsa Hotel may attach conditions to this permission, including charging a cork and/or kitchen charge. The rates for this can be requested from the Hotel Manager.

Article 22 – ACCESS TO PLOPSALAND DE PANNE AND/OR PLOPSAQUA

Admission to Plopsaland De Panne and Plopsaqua De Panne is included in the price of an overnight stay at the Plopsa Hotel during selected periods, i.e. on arrival on Saturday and during Belgian school holidays.

The park regulations of the aforementioned parks can be consulted via www.plopsa.be.

Article 23 – PETS

Animals (with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs with official dog jackets) are not allowed in the Plopsa Hotel. Assistance animals are NOT allowed near the buffet.

Article 24 – VALUABLES

The Plopsa Hotel does not take valuables/items into custody, with the exception of what is stated below. The Plopsa Hotel is not liable for the loss or theft of (valuable) goods.

Each room is equipped with a safe in which hotel guests can enter their own code.

Hotel guests who check in at the Plopsa Hotel before they have their room can drop off their luggage at the reception of the Plopsa Hotel. The luggage will be provided with a label and placed in the space provided for this purpose.

Article 25 – LOST ITEMS

Each hotel guest is responsible for his/her belongings. Found items must always be handed in at the reception of the Plopsa Hotel.

The Plopsa Hotel cannot be held responsible for theft, damage or accident of or with the lost items.

Reporting of lost items must be done in writing.items, by email to customerservice.plopsahotel@plopsa.be or by post to PLOPSA HOTEL attn. Customer Service, De Pannelaan 68, 8660 DE PANNE.

Recovered items can be collected from the reception of the Plopsa Hotel after contacting Customer Service. If items need to be sent, this can be done against payment of the shipping, packaging and administration costs. The costs are entirely at the expense and risk of the Hotel guest.

Lost items are kept for a maximum of 2 months.

Article 26 - LOSS OF ROOM KEY

In the event of loss of a room key, an administrative cost of €5.00 per card will be charged.

Article 27 - MERCHANDISING

A nice souvenir of your stay at the Plopsa Hotel? All rooms are provided with 'packaged' souvenirs that you can take with you for a fee. In the event of violation of the seal/sticker/packaging, it will be charged. Open = Buy. The prices are clearly displayed on the packaging. In the lobby of the hotel you will find a more extensive range with many nice things.

Article 28 - MINIBAR & SNACKS

All rooms are equipped with a minibar. If your minibar in the room is equipped with drinks, this means that it is included in the overnight stay. The snacks in the rooms are excluded, unless otherwise displayed in the room.

Article 29 - PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND IMAGES

For all information regarding the processing of personal data of visitors to the Plopsa Hotel, please refer to the privacy statement on the website of the Plopsa Hotel.

It is possible that during a visit to the Plopsa Hotel, photos are taken or recordings are made (with cameras other than the security cameras - see further) that may later be used in the communication of the Plopsa Hotel. In principle, these images will not be targeted. Only with the permission of the hotel guest in question – which can be implicit when posing for a photo or recording – will targeted images be taken. The rights of use of this image material belong to the Plopsa Hotel, which means that this material can be used by the Plopsa Hotel without any restrictions.

Hotel guests who do not want photos/images to be used must expressly inform the reception of the Plopsa Hotel. Such objection will not affect the images taken by security cameras.

Image material taken by visitors in hotels may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Unless prior written and express permission has been given.

Images are taken by security cameras both in the Plopsa Hotel and in the car parks. This is to protect the property of the hotel guests. The rights of use of this image material belong to the Plopsa Hotel, which means that this material can be used by the Plopsa Hotel without any restrictions. Of course, the applicable legislation will be complied with.

Article 30 – COMPLAINTS

In the event of a complaint, the Hotel Guest must contact the Hotel Manager on site and directly. Any complaint about the quality of services received must be formulated within 7 days of delivery, by email to customerservice.plopsahotel@plopsa.be.

Article 31 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

In the event of any dispute, the courts of Veurne shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Belgian law shall apply to any disputes.
